The service
Devora TV provides a subscription giving you access, over your internet connection, to a line-up of television channels and on-demand titles.
The line-up changes continuously. The channel and title counts on this site are indicative and are not a guarantee of any specific channel or title.
Using your subscription
A subscription is personal and intended for one simultaneous stream. Sharing or reselling your login details is not permitted.
In case of abuse, such as simultaneous use from several locations, we may terminate the subscription without a refund.
Payment and duration
You pay the full amount for the chosen duration up front. There is no auto-renewal: at the end of the term the subscription simply stops.
If you want to continue, you order a new term yourself. We send you a reminder beforehand.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service uninterrupted but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, source-side outages and problems at your own provider are outside our control.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the current term.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
