What we collect
When you place an order we process your name, email address and payment details. We need those to perform the contract and activate your subscription.
When you contact us we keep the content of that conversation so a colleague can help you later without you having to explain everything again.
Why we keep it
To perform the contract, handle support and meet our legal bookkeeping and retention obligations.
Billing records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support conversations are kept for a maximum of two years.
Cookies
We set only functional cookies needed to make the site work, plus analytics cookies for which we ask your consent.
You can withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to deliver the service, such as our payment provider and email sender.
Disclosure to law enforcement happens only on the basis of a valid legal order.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your data. Email our support address to exercise those rights.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
