Question 1

How does IPTV actually work?

Accepted Answer

IPTV delivers television over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite dish. You need three things: a stable connection of at least 15 Mbps, a device to watch on, and a player app. After ordering you receive login details to enter into that app. All channels and films then appear in the menu.

Question 2

When do I receive my details?

Accepted Answer

Straight after payment, usually within five minutes, by email. If it takes more than an hour, check your spam folder and then message us on WhatsApp. We'll resend them manually.

Question 3

Do all channels always work?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the network continuously and usually restore outages within minutes. Even so, an individual channel can drop temporarily because of a problem at the source. Report it to support and we'll swap in an alternative stream right away.

Question 4

Do I need a dish or a set-top box?

Accepted Answer

No. All you need is an internet connection and a device. No dish, no decoder and no engineer visit.

Question 5

Does it work in my country?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Devora TV works worldwide as long as you have an internet connection. Take your subscription on holiday or to a second home without changing anything.

Question 6

Which devices can I watch on?

Accepted Answer

Almost anything: Samsung, LG and Philips smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, MAG and Formuler boxes, and Windows, macOS and Linux.

Question 7

What picture quality do I get?

Accepted Answer

Channels are available in 4K, Full HD, HD and SD. Which one you get depends on the source and your connection speed. We recommend at least 25 Mbps for 4K; 15 Mbps is enough for Full HD.

Question 8

Can I watch on two devices at once?

Accepted Answer

One subscription covers one simultaneous stream. If you want to watch on several screens at the same time, take a second subscription. We offer a discount on it. Just ask support.
